Since 2008, Lancaster Inferno has been a leader in women’s soccer in Central Pennsylvania – creating opportunities for players to develop, compete, and advance.

We compete in the USL W League with a roster of college players, along with former and future professionals pursuing the next level. More than 22 players have gone on to sign professional contracts.

By operating the highest level women’s soccer team in Lancaster, we’ve created access for our community to experience the game up close – while providing visible role models to youth and a standard to aspire to.

But this isn’t just a team – it’s a complete pathway.

From our all-girls academy (U9–U19), to our U19 USL Academy team, U23 team, and USL W League side, every level is connected and intentional.
